When we show up: service triggers
Every commercial contract has a clear trigger, so there’s no guessing whether a crew is coming. Here is our standard setup. We can adjust it for properties that need tighter coverage.
Monitor and salt
We watch the forecast and salt lots and walks as needed so light snow doesn’t pack down into ice.
Plow trigger
Once 2 inches is on the ground, the crew is dispatched to plow the lot and clear sidewalks and entrances.
Return visits during the storm
In heavy or ongoing snow we come back through the storm so the lot never gets ahead of us, then do a final cleanup pass.
Freezing rain and refreeze
Ice events get salted no matter how much snow fell, including refreeze overnight after a daytime melt.
Zero-tolerance and opening-time service (lot cleared by a set hour) can be added to any contract.

Our standard plow trigger is 2 inches. Below that we monitor and salt as needed. Properties that need a lower trigger or zero-tolerance service can set that up in their contract.
Do you offer seasonal snow contracts?
Yes. We offer seasonal flat-rate contracts, per-push billing, and per-salting billing, and salting can be added to either plowing plan.
Do you clear sidewalks and entrances too?
Yes. Commercial service can include sidewalks, building entrances, ramps, and steps along with the parking lot.
